Want to lower your stress level and unlock calm? Join our new bi-monthly meditation program with Mary Ellen Crangle. Through the practice of meditation, breath-work and balancing chakras, you will also learn about the different types of meditation and discover how, when and where to meditate. All levels welcome. Friday, September 20, 11:30- 12:30 pm.
